Shipping / Order Processing
We value your order and support.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, unless otherwise posted on the site.
Once orders are shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-30 days for international orders to arrive.
We will only ship to the address provided upon checkout. Please verify your information prior to finalizing your purchase.
Skyline Preservation Club is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, duties, taxes or other fees collected by the destination country.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to pay customs / duties, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All sales are final. As a small independently run shop, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. Please carefully review your order and verify your information prior to finalizing your purchase.
To request an exchange or refund for a defective item, email us with photos of the issue and include your order number: skylinepreservationclub@yahoo.com.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
You agree to pay the price for the merchandise in your order at the time you submit your order and the delivery fees for the shipping service you select.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel your order for any reason.
